Gutter and Downpipe Cleaning
We can clear out most gutters and Downpipes. It's better to get them cleaned sooner rather than later, before they start causing issue.

Unblock downpipe £20
Clean fascia and outside of gutter £3.50 per meter Or Extra £2.50 per meter with gutter clear out

Roof repairs

Investigate roof or chimmey leak
We have many years experience with roof and chimney leaks. Please email us so we can arrange a viewing. When we arrive we will have a visual check outside your home see if there is anything obvious. We will need access into Your house to see where the leak is causing issues. From there we will need access into your loft space to see any problems up there. Once we have found the issue we can do a temporary repair so it's water tight. Then we will Give you a quote for the work needed.
There will be a fee for the diagnosis.
